Payment Method

PayPal : PayPal is the preferred method of payment when purchasing from the MITTEK Company. Because PayPal can directly withdraw money from a business or personal bank account, and then send those funds to MITTEK Company, it is effectively the same as a wire transfer, but generally without the downtime of waiting for funds to clear.

Bank Transfer, Wire Transfer : Methods such as bank to bank money transfers and Western Union wire transfers are also accepted. Though paperless and relatively quick to initiate, money transfers can take many business days to clear depending on the banks involved. A wire transfer and MITTEK Company's bank information can be requested by the customer.

Cash : MITTEK Company keeps no cash on hand. On a case by case basis, local customers may be permitted to pickup their order locally. In all cases, local pickup requires cash payment and customers are asked to either bring exact change or accept store credit as change. Local customers are also encouraged to contact MITTEK Company prior to paying cash so that the proper tax can be calculated.

Return Policy

All our products are inspected before being to send to our customers. If a product is defective or damaged when you receive it you have 10 days to send us back the product. We will then going to proceed to the replacement of the product. We assume all the freight costs during a return. (By regular parcel). You must ask an RMA#(Return Merchandise Authorization.) before you ship us back the defective product.

Conditions for returns are as follows:

Items must be returned in new condition

In order to receive money back from a purchase, the customer must return the item in new condition. New condition implies that the item must be returned in the condition in which it was sent out, and must qualify as a new item that can be sold to another customer. Items in new condition:

• Display no evidence of being mounted, if it is a camera
• Are scratch, dent, and blemish-free
• Are returned with all manuals, documentation, stickers, plastic bags, boxes, and other packaging
• Are packaged and shipped in a manner that ensures the item's safe transit back to MITTEK Company
• Packages are subject to this rule as well. If a package is returned with a used item, a restocking fee will be assessed on the full retail price of that used item.

Shipping fees for returned items

It is the policy of MITTEK Company that the customer assume all shipping fees. This includes shipping fees incurred when items are returned for a refund.
